Training Coordinator and Vendor Relationship Manager
Scuba Professionals of Arizona operates the Arizona Dive Center, the premier Scuba Diving retail, training, and adventure travel center in Arizona. We are an SSI Diamond Instructor training center and have an opening for a Training Coordinator / Vendor Relationship Manager. We are looking for a long-term employee with a team-player attitude, that loves people, outdoor recreation, and wants to be part of a growing business. This is not a seasonal position.
Job Description - Your role will be pivotal in providing our customers, instructors, and partners world-class customer service. This position blends three vital aspects of our business: administering our education program, managing vendor relationships, and servicing retail area customers. Job duties include:
Personal Attributes - We are looking for a high-energy personality, with excellent organization and time management skills. Must be computer literate, close attention-to-detail, and a clear communicator. Scuba diving is an outdoor recreational activity, and this person must project an “outdoor adventurer” spirit.

Compensation and Benefits - The Training Coordinator / Vendor Relationship Manager will receive a salary based on previous experience and quarterly bonus program, based on dive center performance. Total Compensation between $35k - $40k annually. Paid time off, paid holidays, medical/dental insurance, and discounts off merchandise also provided. Ongoing recreational scuba diver training and certification is provided to this employee at no cost.
